Tsun Glitch
So, I've defeated Alduin, but Tsun won't teleport me to the Throat of the World. He gave me the shout, and the quest to speak to him was completed, but I'm just stuck here, unable to move.

You should have received instructions to speak to him to ask him to send you back... did you try that? I am not sure if that is what you mean when you say the quest to speak to him was completed.

The Quest says Completed when I talked to him. I can't move, or do anything but looking around. He just stand there.

Go into the console and type coc whiterun

your screwed time for a new session, but you can check to see if there is any mods in store that fixes that.
