Dark Brotherhood - no quests?

I created a new character and I joined the DB, then I completed the first three minor quests. The problem is that I can't get any new quests anymore, and I don't understand why. Whenever I try asking Astrid or anyone else in the Brotherhood, nobody would give me any kind of quests.

I'm almost certain that I'm not done with them yet, but I don't know what do I have to do now. Any suggestions?

I had this my problem too. Take a look at the first post in the link and follow the instructions, it helped me.
