Broken Textures pls help

my skyrim has been acting up with some missing textures ive re-installed it twice and have deleted alll my mods along with dlc and nothing works.
Why is this happening

Might be a VRAM issue, broken master files or something lingering in your Data folder.

Let's start by making sure that you game files are intact.

Yeah.

Did you at any point have Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM) installed? That looks like someting that may have happened by removing it.

It is still a problem though. You should not be missing textures like that, even if some mod was removed poorly, so I recommend validating files, even if the answer would be "yes."

This happened after validating files with cleared appcache folder?

Hmm... did you try this with a new game? Use ASLAL to create that, so you do not need to run through Helgen each time you wish to try someting out.

Just to test them out, so that we know it is not an issue that is merged to your current save files.

ASLAL starts from a cell. You can just walk to statue, start from Bannered Mare and run to smithy to see what is going on. If you do not wish to keep those saves it creates, then just delete them after you are done.
