Type in.

Press ` again, you are now out of console commands.
Note use of console commands can break your game, then the only solutions are start a new game or do a clean install of Skyrim.
Open up the console.
Type - "player.setrace (whatever race you are)racevampire"
EXAMPLE - player.setrace nordvampirerace
-Without the quotation marks
This has fixed the problem for me.
