Doesn't help. The mods are still installed.
While MO uses a virtual data folder, NMM doesn't; despite having profile support and being able to swap in and out different modded files with ease, deleting NMM entirely will leave the mods it installed in your data folder. As far as I know, deleting NMM entirely from your system will prevent it from recognizing the own files it manages, and thus it'll leave modded files in your Skyrim directory with no way to remove them from the NMM interface. In this case, you should look up a guide to making skyrim vanilla again. There's an excellent one out there, but I don't have the link on hand.
