For the base game and all DLCs just enter skyrim legendary edition in the search box.
For individual DLCs, enter the name of the DLC
(Though often the legendary edition will have a lower price)
That site is a good place to look for sales on ANY game, not just Skyrim or Skyrim Special Edition.

The link Smr provided is safe and only lists reputable and trustworthy sites. I would never buy anything from a shady key reseller no matter how cheap it might appear to be.
I've seen LE from 19.99 to sixty bucks or more buying the game plus separate DLCs.
I stopped buying from Steam when they started demanding a phone number, and I buy from different sites based on the lowest price. It's slow, but so are open world games. Avoid gta.
