Would you consider whacking those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at Radiant Raiment and Grelka, immoral? Let's be honest, those three has to be the worst NPC's in Skyrim, not counting the bards with their propaganda and slow talking NPC's

Considering my player is usually the listener of the Dark Brotherhood, not the worst thing I usually end up doing in a given playthrough. Besides, Nazeem in Whiterun is so notoriously arrogant/annoying that i think pretty much all players have turned to homicide at least once over that guy alone, though some may drop a save beforehand and then jump back in time like it never happened.

They're not that unpleasant if you actually do their quests.

Nazeem...was used to enchant my boots, I considered leaving him trapped forever but the Soul Carin is pretty bad, and this way it's like i'm walking all over him whenever I wear them.

They're just typical sunmerset high elves. They actually become somewhat pleasant once you do their quests for them.

Yeah I'm currently working through the Dark Brotherhood questline (mostly for the Shrouded Gloves) and have no problem with doing contracts, especially when it is vampires.
And I've acutally already killed Endarie by reverse pickpocket poison several times, but have dropped hardsave and quicksave beforehand.
And she has served her purpouse when I did a lot of power shopping (quicksave and punch) and now I'm more tempted than ever to let her stay dead lol.

The main reason i refuse to soul trap him when i do kill him is the fear I'd go through dawnguard, get to the soul cairn and hear a distant "Do you get to the Boneyard very often? Oh, what am I saying, of course you don't" even though i know it doesn't work that way in game.

Yes, that would be immoral, there are far worse NPCs in the game, but even if there weren't they are just unpleasant not evil.

To everyone, thanks a bunch for your replies.
Edit: I'll probably make a mace with Soul Trap and Chaos, and name it "Early retirement"

Lmfao! Now you give me a great idea xD

Yeah I think Nazeem has pushed pretty much all players to their limits that he would easily qualify for the most annoying NPC of the last decade. I always thought of him as the adoring fan reborn in Skyrim, that friggin wood elf dude whom players back in TES4 Oblivion used to execute in all manners possible. Nazeem was the main reason I took the mod "Heartbreaker" into my list. Just had to end him the right way, soul trapping alone was not enough haha :skullb:

Nazeem might have to compete with another bethesda npc for the title of most annoying NPC of the last decade. Both Preston Garvey and Marcy Long in Fallout 4 decided to run for that title to. Preston is at least polite, but the constant "another settlement needs your help" gets super grating. In Marcy Long's case, she's just super ungrateful for your help and constantly rude to your player despite everything you've done to improve her situation. They at least attempted to humanize her by making it possible to discover her backstory that led to that behavior, but she's still so infuriating that bethesda removed her essential status. When even the devs go "you know, shes not directly involved in any quests and a LOT of people want to kill her..." you might have taken the "most annoying" crown. At least in Nazeem's case those that still want to play nice can still get a quest to kick his butt without killing him through the companions (radiant though, so cant guarantee it will be specifically him targeted).

Ever play fallout 3? I think that game actually takes the cake when it comes to the most annoying NPC, in this case a guy named "Sticky" and it's mostly because he is part of an Escort quest. He never shuts up the entire length of the quest, and I think the Devs knew he was bad because if you kill him at any point during the quest you don't lose any Karma.

I have, but my most annoying from that one refuses to die. Even if you nuke her entire town, not only does Moira live, she's still as overwhelmingly chipper and oblivious as ever. Admittedly she's not actually a bad person, personality wise, just so intensely cheery it's like post-apocalypse disney princess and she also sort of acts like the post-tutorial tutorial NPC and a merchant so most of the time you have to deal with her at least a little bit. It was the stitching a smiley face into the wounds I got from her experiments that tipped the scales for me lol.
Although I do appreciate that skyrim wasn't super big on forced companions, escort missions. Those are always annoying. Yeah, there are some, but they are at least tolerable generally. Barbas is actually pretty awesome to get stuck with even. At least for skyrim they improve a bit about forcing you to be nice to a companion you never wanted in the first place.

I actually don't mind Moira but I know some people that don't like her either. And yes stitching up a wound you had to intentionally get yourself with a smiley face isn't cool. That quest-line however does have some decent rewards and easy xp. So I don't mind doing it multiple times.

Skyrim only has a few forced followers and they can usually fight or are immortal. Barbas and Serana come to mind, neither of which can die. Barbas is pretty strong, especially for a dog, if it wasn't for his incessant barking if you stop moving for half a second Barbas would be even better. I have never killed him at the end of that quest, though it doesn't actually have anything to do with him, it's the reward, the Rueful axe is possibly one of the worst weapons I have seen. At least the Masque has some use.
