Both AI Overhaul by SpiderAkiraC and Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul by Shurah are also available for Oldrim.
Of the two, I would recommend the first, especially if you are planning to use any expansions that add more houses, etc. The latter is a very good mod, but touches a lot more of the world and creates more conflicts, including navmesh. The former does not have any such world edits, only a few idle markers which won't crash your game.
