Totems of Hircine

elderscrolls.wikia says "The Totems of Hircine quests are available after becoming Harbinger of The Companions or marrying Aela."

I completed the whole The Companions / The Circle quest line still no Totems of Hircine from Aela. She give this quest at random or I do need to mary her ?

She gives it at random. You do not need to marry her.

Just do several quests for Aela, eventually she will start giving Totem quests.

Seems for the first two it is random quest then totem followed by two randoms then a totem.

It is random, but I have found if I do a quest for Farkas or Vilkas and then go to Aela she gives the Totem quests faster rather than continually just asking her for quests.

Of course if Aela is following you she won't give you quests.

Yep and save before asking as it is random. I had it randomly give the same quest I just completed although it was the second random quest. So a quick reload can save some frustration.
