SKYRIM my character wont move stuck arms stiff and when i run thers no animation it just moves like a toy superhero how do i fix it pls help

ive trid it but it just shows an errr and its saying that i need to clike and drag over and to another mod and it makes that mod conflikedted sorry four my spelling

Uninstall whatever mod changed your player animations.
Re-install at a later date when you have a better understanding of modding.

Run FINS then when it gets done copy and paste here the portion in the white window.
Also post your load order. In LOOT upper right click on the three dots and choose copy load order then paste it here.

Do you have any mods at all? If so, it could be a random conflict appearing. Have you recently uninstalled mods? Have you done anything to your game recently that you hadn't done before? Habe you tried verifying the game cache?

I found one temporary solution to this -

Go to Console and type: enableplayercontrols

Then get on your horse, get back off your horse, you can play as normal again until the next time it freezes. If you're indoors when it happens, sit down on a chair and get back up. It resets your characters animation.
