Report a translation problem
Re-install at a later date when you have a better understanding of modding.
Also post your load order. In LOOT upper right click on the three dots and choose copy load order then paste it here.
Do you have any mods at all? If so, it could be a random conflict appearing. Have you recently uninstalled mods? Have you done anything to your game recently that you hadn't done before? Habe you tried verifying the game cache?
Go to Console and type: enableplayercontrols
Then get on your horse, get back off your horse, you can play as normal again until the next time it freezes. If you're indoors when it happens, sit down on a chair and get back up. It resets your characters animation.
