It's hard to say why people like things. There are a million reasons why.

I just looked up both of those mods, and they don't seem that great. One is pretty mediocre and repetitive in first person, and strange in third person. The other is decent in third person, but would probably be annoying as hell in first person.

But, I mean, hey, I can't explain why so many other people like it. If I had to guess, I would imagine a fair portion of those people don't actually like it. Some might have given up on it after awhile. Others might have said it looked great, or that it was great (which is an important distinction people don't always make, unfortunately), but never got around to installing it and trying it out themselves. Some might have just downloaded for a day, then gotten rid of it. Others might have liked it, but had to reinstall, and it was just never important enough to them for them to remember it and go and reinstall it.

Keep in mind, there are some people who buy placebo pills and actually write positive reviews about them online without being paid. So it should really could as no surprise to you that people like so many mods. Even mods that are blatantly broken and have scores of 1's and 2's on the dangerous mods masterlist typically have fantastic download + endorse counters on the Nexus, because, for them to be on the dangerous mods masterlist, they have to be broken, and they're more likely to be recognized as broken if they've been on the Nexus for longer and haven't been updated or fixed. Those are completely broken, deadly, and dangerous mods. Mods that are harmless, but might seem unappealing, can probably rack up just as many downloads and endorsements over time.

Look im not 5 I dont need to understand why people do or do not like things, maybe what I should of typed is im trying to figure out why its so popular, maybe its a setting in it that I missed, but I shouldnt have to. I do appreciate your effort though and im not trying to be rude but cmon now.

To be fair mods on the dangerlists have some workarounds.

Well they want realism which is very difficult to achieve with Skyrim's combat and real combat is certainly not fluid so this is what little can be done.

Im not really much for realism, I like immersive stuff but it doesnt need to be realistic but if anything it made it seem less immersive to me.

Yeah, only cinema fighting is smooth, in real life you get pauses and waiting for the other guy to make a mistake.
