high heels

I installed a mod, high heels, not sure which version. It did not seem to do anything so I uninstalled it. Now Skyrim will not load. I reach the black screen with the skyrim symbol on the left, then it goes back to my game library list. Does any one have any suggestions on how I can get back into skyrim please.

Thank you for your replies. I found problem fixed by going to Nexus Mod Manager, Plugins, and right click on each mod until one showed it required the uninstalled High Heels. Uninstalling this mod (which was called Stella) allows Skyrim to load normally.

For the record, HDT HH should be considered as obsolete. I have no idea why some mod authors in Nexus insist of using it. It is heavy on Papyrus and heeled shoes can not really be distributed to NPCs, without game starting to suffer from problems.

Netimmerse Override comes with High Heels fix, which does not eat Papyrus time, like HDT HH does. If you wish to use heels in your game, then try to pick up those made for NiO (requiring either RaceMenu or Netimmerse Override to function.)

Nexus also has NiO Heels Fixes, which solves the levitation problems with peoples using furniture. It is not brilliant, but hundred times more brilliant than HDT HH.

As a comparison, you could stick your character and maybe one of your followers to HDT HH shoes. Any more would start creating (more) problems.

You coud almost freely distribute NiO shoes around the game. Fit shoes for each female in Whiterun, if you like.

This was just to clarify the situation. I have converted few HDT HH boots to NiO. I don't currently have time to make any extensive work. However, if things calm down, I just might as mod authors permissions to convert their HDT HH shoes for NiO, just so that we can finally bury the damn thing.
