Dual Wield Parry mod will not work.
Ive used this mod before and it worked fine. But for some reason, after clean installing Skyrim, and downloading the new versions of everything, this mod will not work no matter what i do. the MCM isnt registering the menu for it, even though it shows in my load order. Does this happen to anyone else?

Are you launching the game using the skse loader?

Yes I have SKSE, the Memory patch, SKYUI, and Dual wield parrying.

no, on the mod description it stated that i only needed either skse or script dragon. not both

I have not tried this mod, but maybe a newer version will work better.
