Third person view distance
Is there a way to increase the distance to the avatar in third person view, so you can see more of the avatar? I have seen utube videos that have the avatar, player, further away than he is when I run Skyrim. I only see my head and shoulders.

Thank you for the quick reply but the scroll wheel does not do that for me. I prefer to use the game pad, is there an option for adjustment with this?

Not sure how you can bind buttons to gamepads if its possible

There are also mods ... like "Enhanced Camera" that give a greater range.

For me that works on scroll wheel. If you change setting and key bindings then you need to work out which key is bound to the scroll distance.

I think this is your problem, the mod that allows you to use the controller like that is limiting what you can do.

If you want to see the full character, you will need to switch to keyboard and mouse to do it, where you will find it's easy to do.

Push and hold right analog joystick. Move left analog stick forwards to zoom in or backwards to zoom out. Release right joystick.

This is the correct method with a gamepad, IIRC.
