Tiwa's minidress mod is a replacer for vanilla attire so you can buy vanilla clothes and put them on any female character and they are mini-dresses instead of regular. If this is the one you are talking about:

Good job on the conversion - thanks for that - and thanks also to Tiwa44 and Mr. Troublemaker for making the original and giving you permission to make the conversion.

I always found it disconcerting that in Skyrim, there is little or no variety as regards clothing and food, and extremely limited options in the vanilla game as to both, so the more mods that cover these areas (or uncover, as the case may be), the better.
