Sapphire Quest

I'm trying to do that quest involving Sapphire and the stable guy, but she never allows me to talk to her.

And she's always in the Bee and Barb, I never saw her in the Cistern

Did you already tell the stableboy that you would talk to her? When you approach her in the Bee & Barb do you get any dialogue options?

Yeah, I talked to him, but when I approach her she tells she doesn't want ot talk to me.

Isn't this tied to the Thieves Guild quests?

No, not really. While she is a member of the TG it is a seperate quest. When she says she doesn't want to talk to you, is that after you hit "E" to begin dialogue? Check what dialogue options you have after you initiate the conversation. You should have one option to speak to her about the stableboy, can't remember his name.

There's another one in the Cistern and you ask her real name. I have never managed to get her to tell me her real name but I'd guess it's the "lost love" of one of the Blackbriar sons. I have not finished that quest but no matter how many times I ask or stop to talk to her, she still won't tell me her real name, all I ever get is the story of how she was taken by a bandit gang and continuously molested by them and how she got away.

I found out recently that it has to do with a Solstheim quest.

I looked in the Skyrim Wikia and I think this quest is bugged to me.

And since I'm too far ahead in the game, reloading a previous save won't matter much to me...
