I am getting killed by "Scroll of Wizardfire" with over 400 health
I have a paladin I am making who is now level 50. Even at full health whenever I use the Scroll of Wizardfire or get hit by one from a mage, I instantly die. The problem with this is that I naturally have 424 health naturally and 649 temporarily after using the tree rings spell. I am also a Breton (natural 25% magic resist passively) Wizardfire only does 400.

So according to my calculations the Wizardfire scroll should be doing 300 damage to my 429+ health. Meaning I should be left with at least 129, yet it kills me instantly EVERY time. Not to mention I had my shield up, which reduces magic damage by 50%. Even if this scroll ignored spell resistance, I should not be dying.

Anyone else running into this problem and have any suggestions? Perhaps it is a mod bug?

(on a side note) I specifically made this character to be a fat piece of ♥♥♥♥. Focusing on smithing, enchanting, heavy armor, restoration, and prioritizing health on upgrades. So dying to something that shouldn't be killing me is incredibly frustrating!

I know spell numbers from actual learned spells in your magic menu show the scaling magnitude in relation to your stats, but I don't think that is the case with scrolls. That is to say the scrolls always show their base, but are still affected by augemented skills/enchantments and such. So that spell that shouldn't be killing you.. Well maybe it should be if the wizard using it, or yourself have perks and high inputs into destruction.
