Legate Rikke Bug!!
Whenever I try joining the imperial leigon and talk to legate rikke she just responds by saying "Are you lost?" even after spamming the activate button at her .. also tried waiting and exiting castle dour then entering it again but both of those attempts havent fixed it please help.
