Disable FOV scroll
I don't know exactly where to post this, so please don't berate me about it being in the wrong place.

I'm not sure what's causing this, but my mouse wheel changes my FOV when I hold it down. I have my shouts mapped to holding the middle mouse wheel, so this has become a huge nuisance. Every time I try to shout my game stutters as it cycles through different intervals of FOV. It's extremely annoying having to hold down the mouse wheel again just to get my camera to cycle back to the right FOV, only to be changed again once I try to shout.

I am running Vividian ENB and SKSE, as well as Mod Organizer. If anyone else has had this problem or knows the cause/fix, I would appreciate the help.

Your FOV doesn't change - it shifts you from 1st to 3rd person and determines how far out the camera is from your character.

But - look in Settings and change the keybindings.

It does tho. It's not a change between first and third person, my field of view actually changes. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it. And its not mouse scrolling, its when i hold down the mouse wheel, like when you click it and hold. I have no clue whats causing it.

I checked, and the middle mouse button shouldn't do anything by default. If I had to guess, it might be your ENB doing this, so you might want to check the keybindings it uses (enblocal.ini I think). If there are any bindings for FOV controls, try commenting them out (put two forward slashes "//" at the front of the line), or change them to something else (I think ENB's use this list for keybindings: https://www.cambiaresearch.com/articles/15/javascript-char-codes-key-codes).

If that's what happened, I would be interested to know what code the mouse button uses though).

You could also try searching for your skyrim directory for "control". I'm guessing custom controls are all set in CointrolMap_Custom.txt but since it's gibberish if oppened, I don't know. Either way, deleting that file (and Controls.txt or something like that if you have it) should restore all your keybindings to vanilla, and the required files will be remade once you set your controls again).

Perhaps you sound map your shouts to somewhere else, I suspect that the game is going through each word of the shout when you press the middle mouse button, and shifting you FOV each time. If you really want to map shouts to your mouse, maybe a five button mouse is the way to go.

But these are suggestions, feel free to ignore them, I won't be insulted.
