Do they stack or do they multiply? IE:
100 + 36% = 136 + 36% = 184.96
OR:
100 + (36% + 36%) = 172
So does it calculate them one by one onto the running total or does it add up all the enchantment values and then calculate them?
There are rare exceptions. For example, the Ring of the Erudite multiplies its mana regen effect with your regular enchants. You can't disenchant that particular ring, of course.

Also sorta worth noting that some effects have overall caps. Most notably (and the only ones which currently come to mind) are resistances, which max at 85% each. Magic resist multiplies with elemental resists, though, and all elemental effects in the game are considered "magical", so the effective cap there is 97.75%.
