need help with sigrid and alvor's house

So i recently downloaded dawnguard and dragonborn, made a new character which i wanted to be a vampire lord. When i went to riverwood everything was fine, i was cheating (yep im lazy) i had this mod called realmshatter armor pack and realmshatter weapons. So i went to type the ids in the console so I was trying some other styles and threw the other ones in alvor's forge. They were floating and cannot be picked up so I was like "meh" well meanwhile after a few quests with serana, i decided to go back to riverwood and all i saw was that alvor's house, walls, and roof were gone, the forge, grindstone, the small stairs and their door was still there but the walls and roof werent. I can still go inside everything is fine inside, but the outside, the walls are gone and also the roof. i tried fast travelling to windhelm then back to riverwood again still didnt change anything, i tried disabling the realmshatter mods, but it didnt work, i tried to delete the texture file and then verify, still didnt work. I use MO and I its only occuring on my vampire lord save file.. Any way to fix this or is my save file corrupted or something..?

Define cheating, do you mean the dev console? I'm assuming you do based on your use of it to get items. What else did you do. Did you try to delete the items you couldn't pick up? Because if so you probably deleted portions of Alvor's house. Poor guy. Alvor, I mean.

OH SHOOT, I DID TRY TO DELETE IT BECAUSE I COULDN'T PICK IT UP, OH MY GOD HOW STUPID CAN I GET XDDD Anyways, thanks tho, god that was a really stupid thing I did xD

LOL no problem. Do Alvor a solid and leave his house intact this time hm? He has it hard enough with Sigrid.
