All is fine until I load the Skyrim world then I get CTD...I’ve been spending days and many hours redoing mods, reorganizing, and everything and can’t get it to work...any help is appreciated! If you are going to use the High Res DLC (which is not recommended as it is a memory hog), at least use the patch.

Hothtrooper44_Armor_Compilation should be DIRECTLY beneath Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra

Get the aMidianBorn Book of Silence content addon, and delete the .esp files of DifferentlyEbony, AMB Glass Variants Lore, and Glass Variants. These are outdated, and have been replaced by the content addon.

Is this "39 27 BirdsHFclean.esp" from what I think it is? If it is, remove it. Birds of Skyrim does not work.

Not really related to your DSR issue. COT weather patches are not needed with COT v 5. A bashed patch would be good for this mod list, but let's get your game running correctly first. Are you using the birds and flocks fix created by Phinix as outlined in the link below? Go ahead and check your mod list against this valuable and trusted source while there.

What skeleton are you using, I do not see XPMSE (the most current) in your load order? Do you have the latest Java?

Do you reinstall DSR every time you want to run the patch so you have a fresh duel sheath redux.esp?

cfs i have XPMSE and i do have the latest version of Java. I turned off the birds and flocks and looked through the link and fixed any problem mods. So before I play i have to reinstall DSR and the patch?

I would reinstall, just to be sure it is good. Sorry I had DSR and Real Shelter mixed up. DSR does not need to be reinstalled each time, but I would delete it's patch each time you need to create a new one, same for FNIS. For dynamic patches it is just safer to put a new patch in place rather than modify the existing one.

I must have missed XPMSE, it should be low down in your load order. Put it just above ASLAL to be safe, this is not 100% necessary, but nothing should ever overwrite XPMSE. I would also reinstall XPMSE to be darn sure nothing overwrites it then rerun GenerateFNIS.
