Skyrim Master robes of destruction vs Archmage robes ?

Which robes should i use ?/

I mostly stick towards Destruction tree or Restoration tree for my mage.

I sometimes use other trees.

Either, neither, both. It honestly doesn't matter. Especially with magic.

If I were to limit myself to a choice between the two (which I wouldn't - rather, I'd enchant my own gear), I'd take the Archmage robes. They not only offer superior spell cost reductions overall, but they also buff your mana pool size - which tends to be a lot more useful than raw regen (in fact, simply increasing your max mana increases regen as well!).

If I could only use the two, I'd use master destruction, with the other 3 pieces of destruction gear too. The theory is that, with free destruction, I'll have sufficient magicka to cast supporting spells w/o worry. Magicka fully regen within 60 sec anyway. Meanwhile, lightning bolts aplenty.

Enchant a ring and circlet to add to your wardrobe. Also enchant and add gloves (or gauntlets).
