How weird!
Going around through the right hand side also causes a CTD. Basically I can't try going around the sides of the house or my game CTD's.
I did some googling and I found this video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Eas-rOQJrE
You see how he goes around to the right side of the house? His game doesn't ctd, but it glitches up. Mine doesn't glitch it just ctd's 100% of the time.
I can go inside the actual house just fine with 0 issues though ^^;

Cleaning your masters is a good idea, but did you check the mod description pages before cleaning your other files? Certain mods require edits that LOOT identifies as "dirty", and LOOT doesn't always know that they should be left alone.
In rare cases, crashes may be caused by your graphical settings. In order to narrow out all other factors, you might consider disabling all mods (not just those you believe might be related), creating a new character, then using "tmm 1" to reveal all map markers and thus allow yourself to get over there quickly in order to test that way.
