Bug for The Last Scabbard of Akrash quest

Hi , i'm here because i have a quest bug , soooo annoying for me :
I found the skill book in Fort Sungard Muster , The Last Scabbard of Akrash. i saved then i quit skyrim a few moment. When i return , the mark for completing this quest is located on the floor of Riverwood trader.

Even i ask to Ghorza gra-Bagol in Markarth , i can't give her the book. i can't do anything.
Somebody have an advice , like debug with console commands?

Any mods? If so, load order sorted with LOOT? After running LOOT be sure to click on the button in the upper right that says "Sort" when hovered over, then click "Apply" once it appears.
