Stalhrim Crafter achv question
For some reason, even after finishing The Fate of the Skaal quest, the A New Source of Stalhrim isn't prompting. Baldor is still there in his forge and Deor won't give me the dialogue of "Who's missing?"
Is my game bugged, do I need to do something else to prompt the Stalhrim quest?

If you do not let NPCs finish their dialogue, this often prevents their quest from triggering - and this applies to almost any quest - so, ALWAYS let NPCs finish speaking their lines - even if it is boring and you've heard it a thousand times before.

First option is to go back to an earlier save. If one is not available, or it is too far back, then try the following:

From https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:A_New_Source_of_Stalhrim Bugs section

"If you talk to the two Skaal villagers discussing the disappearance of the village blacksmith before they have finished talking, you will be unable to interact with the male villager, Deor Woodcutter, thus making the quest unattainable.
- If the quest fails to start, use Setstage DLC2SV02 10 to kick it off."

Good luck, Oni
