Alduin's Wall Achievement Broke, Help?

I ran into a bug that has prevented me from achieving the "Alduin's Wall" badge.

I used the Unofficial Elders Scrolls Pages Wiki to figure out what to do with no luck.

I have used "moveto Player" on both Esbern and Delphine to put them in front of the Alduin Wall carving
Both were given a torch with, "equipitem 0001D4EC 1"

I then set the quest to:
"setstage mq203 260" to see if I can get them to talk and get the quest to run normally again, but nothing, so I tried
"setstage mq203 280" again nothing

The Alduin's Wall Achievement will not activate.

"getstage mq203" shows im at "mq203 300" and it wont change to an early stage of the quest to achieve the badge.

Im probably missing something, so if anyone could help me out.

Im running the classic Skyrim, not special Edition or Anniversary etc.
I am using Skyrim Script Extender.

Anyone able to walk me through what I might be doing wrong?

Can we see your Mod list Load order? Copy it from your loot and paste it here. It could be a mod that is causing it and if you have no mods you don't need SKSE and the DLCs "Dragonborn, Hearthfire and Dawnguard" don't count

the clipping at the bottum was unavoidable, but it's also the last of the mods loaded so no worries, those are all the mods i have running.

I haven't bought any "Dragonborn, Hearthfire and Dawnguard" offical DLCs that im aware of. I don't see the option to buy those DLCs.

Did you not try reloading a save? You didn't mention if you did or not.
If you skipped to stage 260, which doesn't even have an objective assigned to it you likely skipped some triggers that advance the quest, and 300 is past the quests completion, you should not be there either.

Sounds like you're pretty screwed my guy, reload a save, it doesn't matter how far back it if just do it, and avoid using console commands in the future, that's likely part of the problem.

I'll do you one better, here is a Legendary key, about half of what you'd pay on steam for the DLC.

thanks Rez, im going to just collect as many achievements i can while im leveled up, then restart a brand new game for the achievements that arent working. thanks for the link, im not sure if ill be using it but thanks anyway

Well provided nothing else breaks you'll only need to do the main quest again, which if you decide to blitz through it doesn't take very long at all.

Feel free to not buy the DLC, just note that if you end up want it, don't buy it here, it costs 45 dollars for all 3 and they never go on sale. The Site Isthereanydeal.com can help you find the cheapest price from reputable sites, that's where I got that link. It a very good idea to check that site for any game you want to buy,

or you can get Special Edition witch is on sale quite often and if you need you can get the downgrade patch to downgrade the game and there are 2 different downloads and you can only choose one or the other. one "Best of Both Worlds" let's you keep the 4 free Creation club mods and the other "Full Patcher" does not let you keep them but that's your choice if you want Special Edition or not and also you don't need a mod Manager to use them
