Can Dragons "Respawn"?
I'm somewhat new to Skyrim and was wondering if you could ever fight the same dragon multiple times.

No. For dragon lairs eventually another dragon will move in, not the same dragon though. You are taking thier souls after all. But, the supply of dragons is neverending.

Yup. And since it takes a bit, there's a good chance the new guy will be stronger, up to a point.
Dragons will forever spawn after the competion of Dragon Rising.
If you go to a Dragon Lair, dragons coming from said lair will respawn but without souls, for obvious reasons.

I have never seen a dragon spawn or respawn without a soul that wasn't a bug, save the "dragon" of labyrinthian.

Could you post some links on this information?

Named dragons stay dead. Dragon lairs (dragon head icon on the map) have a dragon and they spawn a dragon when the place is reset naturally.

Also dragons always yield a soul except if they... get bugged.... then they just lay there being like: "Thought you can take my soul scrub? I won't give you that pleasure. ♥♥♥♥ you...."
