[SOLVED] Skyrim opens in a small window on the top left

Hey,

I installed Skyrim and from the first time i turned it on, it keeps opening in a small window on the top left corner of the screen.

I tried deleting SkyrimPrefs and even ckecked that these parameters are set:
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

I tried reinstalling skyrim (2 times) and deleting every its folder from Documents/MyGames/ but its still opening in a small windows.

I tried verifying integrity of files and that doesnt seem to help as well.

I also tried changing resolution and aspect ratio and going into windowed mode in the game launcher settings, but that doesnt change anything.

When i first installed the game, i also downloaded Vortex mod mananger and when i added Skyrim to it, it said that theres no SkyrimPrefs file and that i have to turn on the game for the first time before adding it to the manager. I have no idea if that is related somehow but i even uninstalled Vortex and deleted all its files but it still keeps happening.

Does the launcher recognize your graphic card, and which one do you have?

Have you simply pressed Alt enter?

It does, I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

I did, doesnt do anything, but it also doesnt work for anything else not just Skyrim
