(SOLVED) My camera is stuck!
I was in the Dwemer Dungeon that you need to go to to retrieve an item for the man who (I think) gives you an Elder Scroll; I was attacking a Falmer with a special magic shot (Slow-mo camera and everything), but at the exact moment one of my followers did a Fus-Ro-Dah and my camera bugged and is seperated from my character.

Try using the console command tfc, move the camera about then enter the command a second time.

I did that and it didn't work... It thinks my viewpoint is somewhere away (about a meter or two) from my head.
This has been solved however by loading an earlier save; luckily, the game auto-saved as I entered the room just before this happened, so about 20 seconds of progress was lost.

BUMP - To fix this bug open your console (press `) and type tc then eneter, close the console, and do tc again. This will reset the actor controls and should fix this bug.

that diddent work for me

Open Console by clicking `, click on your character and type tc, then enter and exit the console. Open it and type tc again.
If you can't click on your character, then just type player.tc both times.

That doesn't work at all. Though after tweaking around, I actually found a way to fix this. If you're on pc, open the console and spawn a weak enemy next to you with the "player.placeatme" command. Then try to get your character to attack the enemy, If your character kills the enemy with a killmove it should reset your camera back to normal. If your character doesn't use a killmove, just spawn another enemy and try again until he/she does.

This actually worked while the others didn't. Thanks.

Gonna necro this and add another solution since this post helped me in the past.

If all the above fails, and it can, enter free camera mode, make a new save, reload that save, move the camera then turn off freecam.
Another fix, if any of these did not work-

For me, I was activating an ore node, the camera entered 3rd person but the animation did not begin, causing me to become stuck in 3rd person. My character could rotate as if I was in 1st person, but my camera remained stuck facing in one direction. Couldn't Save or anything.

I fixed this by navigating to the nearest blacksmith and once I activated it, my camera was forced back into position by the smithing animation. I assume anything else that forces a camera angle will suffice(Chopping Block, Ore Vein, Enchanter's Table). If you have trouble getting your bearings, you can use tfc to at least reposition your stuck camera in the desired direction.

You're literally the only one who had a working method. I did this a few times and my camera just reset. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ finally. Thank you.

Use a lumber pile from a sawmill:
Also, if you are on pc you can simply do "help forge" in console to find the id for the forge. Place one at you with "player.placeatme 000*****". Then after you fix your camera, go back into console and click on the forge, then type "disable". Hope this helps the people who are in a dungeon like I was!
