icerunner Chest glitch

Hi

I just completed the lights out quest and it seems that the game glitched so that the icerunner chest does not spawn at all. Here is a screenshot of the location of the chest

I didnt read the note from Jaree-Ra before entering the cave and I think this stopped the chest from being generated. Is there a way to get the chest to appear again? Is there any wy i could use a console command? Will I have to revert to an earlier save?
