Black Book in "Scourg Barrow"??!!
So, I finished the main quest line in the Dragonborn DLC. Then after completing a few quests from other parts, I went to Neloth and got a dialogue prompt for another Black Book. I took the quest, but the quest look says to go to Scourg Barrow. But there is no quest marker to such a place. Furthermore, all the on-line searching/googling just turns up results for a Scourg barrow in Daggerfell, not in the Skyrim\Dragonborn\Solsteim. Can anybody help me find this place? Does it even exists, or have I hit one of the weirdest quest bugs ever?

The only mod that I know that adds Scourg Barrow is Undeath.

I have the exact same problem. Maybe play through the undeath quest line, and see if it shows up in scourg barrow?

Im guessing this is one of those quests that picks a random unexplored location to place the item, and it just happened to pick scourg barrow.

As I recall, the solution was that I had to start actually playing the Undeath quest, which is part of the Undeath mod.
