The Height: ABOUT 12/13 inches. That's just an accurate guess so I'll say it's pretty large compared to other monitors, also it's a VIZIO if that helps.
The Width: ABOUT 24 inches. That's just an accurate guess so I'll say it's pretty large compared to other monitors, also it's a VIZIO if that helps.
I sit about 9 inches away
Specs; My processor: AMD A10-4600m APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics (4 cpus), ~2.3GHz
Specs; My BIOS: 2.03.
I hope that helps. Ask me if I missed anything.
You're running an APU, which is pretty low spec for much in the way of filtering including but not limited to anti-aliasing.
Based on your specs alone, I'd say only very light anti-aliasing would be feasible without a fair performance hit. I would, however, reccomend that you use it if you can based on the rest of what you've given me.
9 inches away??? WTF??? My 24" is almost 4 feet away from where I sit.
