*FIXED* Problem with Dawnguard DLC: Cant fully restore stats after visiting Soul Cairn.

I have entered to the Soul Cairn and did whatever i had to be done there, i chose the 'be weaker' option instead of 'be a vampire' option before i entered.
Anyway, after i was done with the place, i needed to get a Soul Essence Gem to restore my stats before i leave. I got it but my stats werent completely restored. As level 21, i had 100 magicka (never upgraded), 210 health and ~190 stamina i think.

While entering the Soul Cairn my Magicka dropped to ~35, and stamina to ~130, forgot exactly.
Anyway after getting that gem my health went back to full 210, but Magicka went up only to 75 and not 100, and the stamina went to 181.
The weird thing is, that i still see the bad effects at the 'active effects' tab, while they should have begone. I went back to the Soul Essence Gem loaction to make sure i got it, and the chest was empty, since i got it already.
So now im stuck with lesser stats and no essence gem.......
Need help.

Check the UESP wiki or ELDER SCROLL wiki for the spell ID of that effect. Then try to remove it with console commands.

Not the Item, but the Spell Effect. Active spells can be removed with commands if you know the ID. Since I don't know its name, you will have to look it up yourself.

I couldnt find these effects at the list. These are their names (the 3 red effects).

Yes, im at my house already.

I have even spawned a Soul Essence Gem (full) via consule command, but it does nothing. It just sits in my inventory and i cant seem to interact with it.

yea im a noob, but the situation made me think the bad effects were the cause of the soul cairn.. and not just a desease i had simultaneously..

Np, and before i delete this post. I have 1 more question:
I still have Arvak's skull with me. I never happened to summon the horse due to low magicka, and i can see the spell which can be activated in my spell list (sadly it costs 120 magicka and i still have the base 100 since i never upgraded magicka).
Anyway my question is do i need to keep the skull in case i'll return to the cairn and summon it? Or can i just drop it and forget about it, while still being able to cast the spell in the future?

You need to return the Skull to a NPC somewhere in the Cairn. After that you gain the Summon Arvak ability.

I have the ability AND the skull. I've talked to that soul alrdy and he rewarded me with the spell, but he never took the skull...

The keeping of Arvak Skull is a bug. The Unofficial Patches fixes that. Read the wiki.

I dont cheat nor mod. The 'bug' i had from the main topic was just a misunderstanding of the game. If i was to drink that silly potion right after the soul cairn, i wouldnt have had all this issues.
