Is their Dialogue to specifically meet Paarthurnax when ready? (Read below)

(WARNING, SPOILERS BELOW YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)

I've played Skyrim many times with many different characters, and only very few times have I completed the story mode (3 times or so to be exact.) And during one of the quests, you are told about the Dragon-rend shout and how you have to go speak with the Greybeards, who then send you to Paathurnax, but not willingly at the first time saying you are not yet ready.

Well This gameplay I've been curious about something. I've been collecting all words of power that I can find and asking the Greybeards if they've heard any voices of power yet. Is there a dialogue when I have succesfully learned all available shouts, where the Greybeards will send me up to Paathurnax without knowledge of needing to know the DragonRend shout?

I know that there are shouts you can learn right off the bat, and there are shouts that require quests to be completed, like joining the companions, or colledge of winterhold. I'm trying to learn every shout besides Clear skies, DragonRend, Summon Odahviing, and Hero of Sovengarde- because those are After the fact of meeting Paarthurnax.

If I learn all shouts that are made available before meeting Paathurnax, will the Greybeards have a specific dialogue saying something like.

"You have grown strong in the voice...Dovahkiin...I believe it is time, you met our leader...Paarthurnax."

"But first, in order to reach him, you must learn of another shout...."

"A shout, that will allow you to clear the way up to him...it is called...clear skies, and with it...you can traverse the path ahead..."

Any thoughts, or did Bethesda not plan this far ahead in case the player were to learn every shout before confronting the Greybeards about Paarthurnax?

Open up the Creation Kit and look for all possible conversation dialogue of Greybeards. I have never done it, so I wouldn't know.

You don't need to learn every shout before meeting Paarthumax but will need Clear Skies. Try standing between the pillers leading up to Paarthumax and get your butt (as well as the rest of you) frozen to death. Great way to build your Restoration level up though. Clear Skies is needed to live to reach Paathurnax

It would appear that only Grathagis read, or understood what I was asking.
I'll open the creation kit and see but sometimes its not all that easy.

I'm not asking HOW to learn DragonRend or HOW to get to Paarthurnax, I was asking IF there was an option to see Paarthurnax WITHOUT Delphine telling me to, and the GREYBEARDS giving me the ok that I have learned enough BECAUSE I learned all available shouts.
