Have you noticed that the male dragonborn gets more flirted at?

Male dragonborn gets to hear from random female NPCs all the time stuff like "What do you need, handsome?" and some women are giving lines such as "Mmm, it's a pleasure when a man like you comes by", and that he should get closer and not be shy.

Women dragonborns get it a lot less, and mainly from certain NPCs such as Hod (come on Hod, you're spoken for), Mikael and Sibbi Black-Briar.

Shor's bones! It's good to be the king I guess, if you like to bask in attention from the opposite gender... queen, not so much.

At at guess I'd say it was because most gamers are maile, allegedly. Or maybe Bethesda doesn't want to be accused of being sexist? (Male npc's coming onto females gamers)

You can see that in their eyes? Seriously, you can play a female and select a race. Sometimes politcal, sexist, correctness can be taken too far. Yeah, I know "manhole" covers is an insult to every female on the planet.
