Do Cultists still show up after fiishing Dragonborn?

they show up after you meet the Greybeards for the first time

Normally not however there are several mods that add them also to the world. If you run into them it's probably a mod.

Well mostly they just attack so no conversation just hack and slash ....

Well they'd probably say Cultist: " You will pay for what u have done to our lord!" or something simmilar to that

I've never had an encounter with any cultists after getting rid of Miraak.

I actually once encountered them in a cluster♥♥♥♥ of a battle between a group of Forsworn (or bandits, I don't remember) and I. That was the last time though. And they just attacked me right away.

Bummer, I wanted a cultist mask. Oh well, that's what the console is for. And their robes sold for a lot, compared to their weight.

Did you keep the dragon priest masks should be three of them (not sure).(simular to culist masks but better) Different to the other 8 masks you find in Skyrim.
