Can't change looks!

I want to change my eye color and hair using the face sculptor in the ragged flagon, but whenever I go there, I can't change the hair, eyes, brows, and a few more. The only hair mod that I use is Lovely Hairstyles, but when I tried uninstalling it, it made my character look weird. Can someone tell me how I can fix this to where I can change my hair and eyes, Please Help!!!

i think it might be because she saw the vampire in your eye's and that's why she said it can only work on the living.

lol I dont even remember what my character was back then, but I figured out, I uninstalled all my mods a while ago and started fresh, and it obviously took everything away and fixed it.
