Summerset Shadows Bug

[Flynn the tet]

Delvin gives me the job, but it doesn't say I've started the quest and it's not in my journal, and whenever I try to get a new job i'm told I need to finish the special one. Is there a way to fix this bug?

This is a known bug, but it has not been fixed yet. There are no recommended fixes, but these two:
- Load a previous save and try again
- Travel to Windhelm and speak directly to Torsten Cruel-Sea.

You might try console commands. Save first before you do this.

Probably never. There won't be any more official patches.
The link I gave you contains al the quest stages. You might use setstage to start another line.

The link I gave you mentions which bugs are fixed with the Unofficial Patches. If it is not mentioned it might be a long time before it is addressed

UKSP does nothing... Now i'll never complete the game 100% and get the achievement, all because game devs won't fix a stupid bug.

The problem lies in the fact that there are no more Devs anymore. The team has been disbanded.
