Lakeview Cellar Workbench Gone

I've looked for my particular problem in the forums, and could not find anyone having my particular problem. The workbench in the Lakeview home's cellar just won't show up, so I cannot furnish the cellar. I have installed, removed, and reinstalled it from the drafting table outside, left the area and returned, left the area and logged out of the game, and nothing I have doen so far makes it show up. The Lakeview house is completely constructed, and in the exact build-out as the other two homes which did not have this problem. The only mod on this house not matched by the other two is one that removes the crazy priest and altar at the rear of the home. Any advice on getting this workbench back? Can I spawn it directly using console command? Thanks for any help!

You can forget about the spawning. That won't work.

I'd start by removing that first, if you have any saves from before you installed this mod I'd try those too.

Oh yeah, good point. I wouldn't want a necromancer as my neighbor, even if the view is one of the best for a house.
