when i enter the money command which works i only get - 214678 something the like in my gold does anyone know how to fix this

No idea, I have only used that command for testing purposes, and have never saved it.

You can only do it once because if you do it more than once it will give you minus because you have so much

Okay, the problem is your trying to add to much money. You probably tested it out by adding a few then as many as you could. What you do is add +214687 putting you at 0. Then you add enough where you will never have to spend more. (It does ruin the game). Add around 1 million gold with player.additem f 1000000. That should work. It has happened to me many times.

Just guessing, but can you put your current gold in a chest somewhere? (like a useless potato sack in some random person's house lol)
If so, put away all the gold, and then legitimately earn some gold, because it's such a fun game ;) (or spoil the fun with cheats, just try to keep the numbers reasonable, Bethesda obviously never intended someone to earn that much gold)

That's because you added more money than the game can count - integer overflow.

post above you tells you the command, it's just you can leave out any zeros, so
player.additem 0000000f x is the same as player.additem f x
