Borvir's Dagger was an item meant to be part of the quest series Lost Apprentices, a quest that is broken and cannot be started.

Whats the name of the mod that lets you complete this and other unfinished quests? Arthmoor wrote it... oh yes, Cutting Room Floor, thats it.

I've always wanted a game where not every unique item was part of a quest. Giving something name is like placing a huge neon sign saying "This is important! Hoard it away until we ask for it!".

I've used a separate mod in the past that finished the Missing Apprentices quest and it was all fully voice acted, I figure the voices were all recorded and the decision to cut was taken at a later date.
