Sanguinare vampiris not advancing to vampirism

on day 3 it said that i was a vampire but i sill have Sanguinare vampiris and i cant feed now do i have in powers, buffs, or debuffs a vampire would have except the diease itselfs debuff

i have about 150 mods installed but i have 2 solutions that greatly incrase script speed so the game is just as playable with only couple mods, please help

It tkes 4 days to become a vampire, so are you trying to become a full blown vampire? If not a visit to a shrine will still clear your condition, as will a cure disease spell. If you are trying to become a full blown vampire wait till the 4th day. However mod order with that many mods can influence the final outcome so running LOOT will help.

You can only become a vampire lord throught the Dawnguard quest, otherwise you will be a normal vampire without the skill tree.

the only on ei can think of off the top of my head is a nexus mod that makes it so you have to feed to stay powerfull instead of starving yourself

Edit : thats the only vampire mod im useing, unless you include vampire artifacts improved

Rdit 2 : i did set the time scale to 5 but it said on the third day that i should of been a vampire, and it should only cause prolems with time related things when the time scale is set to 4 or below
