Mod(s) that makes regular NPCs use crossbows.

Been looking for a mod that puts crossbows to common NPCs (Hunters, soldiers etc.) inventory. I remember using a mod that did such but i unfortunaly i forgot its name.. I honestly think it's a damn shame they got wasted in vanilla and no NPC besides Dawnguards uses them. I also downloaded faction crossbows.

this will put crossbows in the hands of certain enemies at the start of the game

Be warned...Its a difficulty mod...

I had a mod that put crossbows in the hand of guards but I can't remember the name.
