They are not directly compatible, it says this in the description of both pages under highlighted sections named Q & A (for ECE) and Compatibility (for RaceMenu).

They both hint that you can use them together, but RaceMenu will dominate parts of ECE causing them not to function. Load ECE first, and RaceMenu after it.

make two diff profiles,,, and tryout which one you like best, or just play sometimes with one other times with the other.
i do love all the diff choices we have.
