Nexus a select few mods won't stay activated

So i recently got another hdd for my pc and after that I decided I was going to go play skyrim when I go to nexus there are a select few mods that when I activate them and close nexus then reopen nexus they are then deactivated once again these mods where working just fine before I updated nexus to v0.63.1 all the mods I had activated before the update work but anything I've tried to activate or download and use have been giving me the same problem. I've been looking for a fix and haven't had any luck thus far anyone have any idea's. I would proffer not to manually install them if I can avoid it.
A few I'm having problems with are CBBE, High Quality 3D Map - HQ3DMap, JContainers, LeanWolf's Better-Shaped Weapons - All in One Installer, OneTweak, Glowing Ore Veins

If it is the problem covered in the below referenced thread, the only solution is to a) reinstall the mods, or b) completely uninstall those mods and then reinstall them (do this the normal way, not manually). Unless, of course, you are saying that these are mods that you've downloaded and installed since the update, in which case I really don't know the answer. If that is indeed the case, you may want to post your question in Nexus forums (see link in that thread).

I had to do a complete reinstall of nexus and the mods to fix the problem.

This was a problem that affected very few people, and therefore slipped under ther radar. Apparently, that is the only reliable fix. Glad you got your game going again!
