Stuck in Slow Walk (SOLVED)
So my character has been stuck in slow walking mode. I am not overemcumbered. Caps lock is not on, nor does pressing it change anything. All controls are default, no mods installed. Holding Shift gives me normal speed. Holding Alt does nothing unless I am also holding Shift.

How to fix?

Well try sitting somewhere. That usually fixes the script. If not its probably your save

So which keys are you using for Auto move, Sprint, Run and toggle to always run.

there is a disease that slows you, dungeon miasma or something. Something with miasma, check your effects, you might be sick.

The "stuck in slow walk" seems to happen with all Bethesda games. Try "shift-tab" to steam overlay, slap "caps lock", "shift-tab" to close overlay.

Turns out the issue had to do with an NPC talking to me while I was sprinting. By talking to an NPC while holding Alt+Run, it fixed the issue.

Those darm npcs that talk to you and follow you where they shouldn't! LOL

If that has fixed your issue could you change the heading to solved so anyone looking for a solution to a similar issue can find it here,

FIX: ^^ Just makes your character act like he's walking normal doesn't fix, The proper fix is simply hit caps lock once, when caps lock is on it enables auto walk
