Launcher Crash Error

Howdy folks, I have been enjoying playing Skyrim with minimal mods for a couple of days, and it worked, no problem. Today, I went for a major graphical upgrade with a bunch of mods, now when I try to start the game out, the launcher loads for a moment, then closes and doesn't go anywhere. I've downloaded and ran LOOT, NexusMods, and TES5edit and get this error from TES5;

I've looked everywhere but there seems to be no answer to this error.

Please post your mod list. You can copy it from LOOT by clicking the three dots in the top-right, and then "copy load order".

And just to clarify, are you using the 2011 version of Skyrim, or the new Special Edition? That error looks like you're using an SSE mod on Oldrim.
