How to modify movement Speed?
Title is my question; how do you make your character go faster in game via Console Commands?

You can't in the console only with mods.

Thank you, Beast.
first type help "skooma"
take the item id and write it down somewhere
type player.additem [the item id] 200
open your inventory and click on all of it
enjoy

Sorry to Necro but if anyone else comes across this and are new to Skyrim the console command for move speed is "player.setav SpeedMult #" Default is 100 (if you need to reset) 110 means 10% increase, 200% effectively doubles mov speed.

Already posted in post #4. 6 years ago. Did you overlook that?

Necroing to restate a console command.....
I would however say it's probably a better idea to use a mod, the various set commands have a habit of only going up.... ie if you set it to 200, you might not be able to get it back down to 110. Or it might work perfectly, no way of knowing until it's too late if it goes wrong.
insert pointless comment since this discussion hasnt been locked yet

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
