Beeing female or fertility mode?

I'm thinking about getting one of these mods but don't know which one is best.

WTF has happened to Skyrim ARPG? More like ARPG R.I.P.

Anyway.....Beeing Female, no update since 2017 and I see no signs of the author answering any questions or problems.
In Bugs tab 50 bugs not fixed or looked at. But has had more downloads and endorsements.

Really what it comes down to is what looks best to you and which one will be less hassle and problem free. Need to balance it all up. No-one can tell you what is best for you.
